"Your mate" can make up the check-in information. It doesn't prove anything if I call him. ------------------------------------------------------- To: simba Subject: Re: like i said Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:24:52 -0400 From: nekkocomputers of aol he can't forge copies of the state id which they are required to take by state law To: simba Subject: Re: like i said Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:27:11 -0400 From: nekkocomputers of aol every customer who checks in, the id is xeroxed and attached to the check-in card, to which they sign. kinda hard to fake if you ask me. they also have video camera in the office, that the video can be sent to computer and viewed and transmitted over the net.? i bet that would be hard to prove to.? just admit you were wrong? or that yer afraid of being wrong. ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:29:42 -0400 From: simba To: nekkocomputers of aol Subject: Re: like i said nekkocomputers of aol wrote: > he can't forge copies of the state id which they are required to > take by state law Well, yes, actually, he could. Or, he could have just grabbed some poor, random sap's check-in information, given it to you to use as a fictitious name to sign up to a yahoo e-mail address with, subscribe to the list with, and start posing as that person and talking about events that just plain don't exist. ------------------------------------------------------- To: simba Subject: Re: like i said Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:31:40 -0400 From: nekkocomputers of aol really now? are you that paranoid? he'll be in the office till 3 am. 954.523.3043 is the number,? ask him yourself or let it die and quit whining ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:33:22 -0400 From: simba To: nekkocomputers of aol Subject: Re: like i said nekkocomputers of aol wrote: > really now? are you that paranoid? he'll be in the office till 3 am. > 954.523.3043 is the number, ask him yourself or let it die and quit > whining What is David Clarkson's Spirit Airlines home base airport? ------------------------------------------------------- To: simba Subject: Re: like i said Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:46:03 -0400 From: nekkocomputers of aol it was LAX when he was going to school in LA before he moved upstate, when he got laid off and moved up north and stayed with his ex who he was trying to get back together with, when his mom broke her hip and he moved in with here to help her out after her surgery. he was here for a week at our expense since we did not see him in 2 years, i'll also leave the bedroom stuff out of it encase you post that on the list. i am sure since he got his call back, he will be back at lax unless spirit? has branched out beyond that. although he did express an interest in? my mate and i so he may transfer out here. who knows. besides what will his "home" airport do for you? besided somehow prove you wrong. you have 15 mins. befor he leaves the office. Because I can't trust anything, at all, that is said by you or Pandy (I'm not even convinced that you are two different people at this point), I have to find other means to prove you wrong. I know a lot of people at a lot of airlines, and will be asking them if any of them know any Spirit employees who have the ability to look up a Spirit flight attendant. Once I find out whether or not this guy exists, I'll be contacting him, through other Spirit employees, and have them ask him if he knows you and, if so, to get in touch with me. That doesn't help me if he's just some random Spirit employee who happened to be staying at that hotel. Of course he's going to use his ID to check in if Spirit employees get a discount there. Plus, if someone's staying with you, why the heck would he check into the hotel? ------------------------------------------------------- To: simba Subject: Re: like i said Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 02:54:00 -0400 From: nekkocomputers of aol go for it, when you are wrong, i'll expect a public apology, also, you don't mind me posting this email on the list do ya? LOLOLOL!!! I roll my eyes at you. ROLL, I say! Even if you *could* find a lawyer who'd take this case, he'd be laughed right out of his bar association and wouldn't be able to practice law ever again. Where'd you go to find him? McLawyers? Oh wait. I bet this lawyer is yet another one of your imaginary friends / alternate personalities, isn't he? Man, I suspected that you were delusional, but this really takes the cake! I'm anxiously awaiting the imaginary filing papers for the imaginary lawsuit about how I somehow, through no contact at all with your imaginary friend, caused a break up of an imaginary love triangle with that imaginary friend. How do I know that it's imaginary? Well, I now have it, on very good authority, that there is neither currently nor was there ever a flight attendant at Spirit Airlines named David Clarkson. *gasp* Big shocker there! Are you *really* incapable of telling the truth at all, ever, or is this whole fiasco just an isolated incident of lies to cover up more lies? > and if yer the new owner of this, no wonder it's gone down hill since > yappy. Actually, it's still his list. I'm just moderating it at his request, 'cause he doesn't have time to deal with bullshit the likes that you have demonstrated over course of these related threads. It has been almost a month and Mr. Rossi has not yet responded to my inquiry about your implied case/suit against me. That leads me to believe that you either ended up not choosing him to be your counsel, that you have no case, or that you fabricated yet another thing and have not actually contacted him at all. Given that, by now, you should have actually chosen a lawyer, not just have a list of lawyers from the phone book, please let me know who will be representing you so I can have my attorney contact your counsel. Finally, if you have an address you would prefer for process service, to avoid being served at work, please let me know. Also, you still have the option to come clean and just admit that you have been lying about nearly everything. ------------------------------------------------------- To: simba Subject: Re: Request to mailing list Flafurs rejected Date: Thu, 11 Jun 2009 19:22:44 -0400 From: nekkocomputers of aol lying? you broke the law and we're collecting damages, and as you know these things take time, our case is in review. you might want to inform the people on the list that the law firm may be contacting people on the list to get there account on what happened. since you are the moderator you do need to know that. have a nice day and please do not contact me again without my lawyer present, any further contact from you will be marked as spam and automatacailly deleted! ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Thu, 11 Jun 2009 23:12:39 -0400 From: Scott <> To: nekkocomputers of aol dot com Subject: Re: Request to mailing list Flafurs rejected nekkocomputers of aol dot com wrote: > you broke the law At no time during any of these exchanges have I broken any laws. Make up your mind. None of my actions have physically damaged your person or property. I have not cost you anything other than time; time which you willingly decided to invest. If they're contacted, they're contacted. There is neither a need nor a reason for me to preemptively contact them. > please do not contact me again without my lawyer present Well, see... That's the problem and why I contacted you in the first place. You haven't yet been able to produce any correspondence or contact from "your lawyer" nor have you confirmed that you even solidified one. You mentioned Mr. Rossi in a previous e-mail, but at the same time said that you may end up pursuing 2 others, depending on Mr. Rossi's fees. Again, since Mr. Rossi hasn't responded to my inquiry, I have to assume that he isn't your lawyer. My last e-mail asked you to confirm who will be representing you, and you responded in your typical fashion with more vagueness and failure to actually answer my questions. Would you please confirm what attorney is representing you so that I may have my lawyer contact him/her regarding the complaints filed? -- Scott "Simba" Garron
