[Simba] What makes you think that's the appropriate response in accordance with
  a network that you don't run?  What makes you think that we need to suddenly 
  involve ourselves in the inner workings of how someone runs their own channel?
  What makes you think that the text that one person sends to the Internet is 
  any more or less acceptable than someone else's?  I don't know the details 
  behind this incident and I don't need to.
[Simba] Your options were clearly defined when you brought this up in 
  #anthrochat.  If you don't agree with those options, you're free to use 
  another network.

[Simba] Actually, it's completely the opposite.

10:28PM [Mozdoc] How?  I had to put up with dickwads of administrators who ran
  the channels and the upper administration did nothing but ban me for bringing
  it to their attention.

[Simba] There's the difference.  You're not going to get banned for sassing the
  administrators.

10:29PM [Mozdoc] But yet you just sit there and let people mismanage channels 
  like this?

[Simba] Of course.  It's not up to me to decide how people would run their own 
  channels.  It's their channel and they're free to run it as they see fit.
[Simba] It's not my place to make any judgements on how people run their own
  channels and it shouldn't be anyone else's, either.

10:31PM [Mozdoc] You can't try and talk sense into someone whose clearly out of
  line for banning someone that did nothing wrong?

[Simba] No.  It's not my place to be involved.
[Simba] I would be completely out of line to take any sides in this issue.

10:32PM [Mozdoc] I was doing nothing but defending myself against harassment
  that was going on in the channel about me from Jabler when I wasn't there.
  And for that, I was banned.  And so far my intereactions with Kit Silverfox
  to get unbanned have been met with constant abuse trying to get under my skin
  doing everything he can to get me further pissed off or encourage me to ban 
  evade, which I'm not going to

11:27PM [Mozdoc] What's your policy on getting flooded with invite requests 
  from the very users that you're trying to ignore to get you to join a 
  specific channel over and over and over again?

[Simba] Get a client that allows the granular functionality in its ignore 
  feature and ignore all invites until it stops.

11:31PM [Mozdoc] I'm sorry Simba, but I'm demanding that something be done.
  This is no longer just a mere problem that I'm having inside of a channel,
  but now this is outright harassing and stalking behavior.

[Simba] I'm demanding that you use the tools available to you for dealing with
  it.  They were built to be used.

11:32PM [Mozdoc] Apparently mIRC doesn't have an option to just block all
  ignores.

  for being a dick like this.

[Simba] Actually, I'm fairly certain that mIRC does have the needed 
  granularity in its ignore feature.  Instructions are even on our web site.
