      Huh.  Really?  Are you sure?  The description of the mailing list at:

http://kinglion.furnet.org/mailman/listinfo/furnet-users

says, "A mailing list for discussion among the FurNet IRC users".
That's the entirety of the description.  Where does it say that it's
here only to discuss network problems and policy?  The description seems
pretty general, to me, and mentions "discussion", so wouldn't that mean
it's for "general discussion"?
